since im going in to my "cruising phase" now, i thought id fuck around in the gym and do some shit i havnt done in forever.

when i started lifting there were some excercises i did religously, and i eventually dropped them because they did nothing and i dropped them for big mass builders like cleanes, rows, and dbpresses.

Tonight i brought them back, and my god the pump i got!
i feel so fucking great! i can harldly even type my arms are so fucked! anyway what i did were:

cable crossovers, dumbell press, and lateral raises

if i would have known how great they would make me feel i would have been doing them a long time ago

usually my chest/shoulder routine look like this:

3 sets bench
3 sets dumbell press(some variety)
3 sets power cleans
3 sets upright rows

tonight i did 2 sets wide bench, 2 sets cable crossovers, 2 sets db presses, and 2 set lat raises

maybe its just the test pump, but man i love it. lol i feel kinda like a loser abandoning the power excercises...
 
yeah i know, but you dont understand how stale my shoulder routine has been...
im taking next week off completely, then ill run my new prog for 4 week and well see. if nothing else my front delts will get some need development
 
yeah i think why they feel so good is because i was able to go slow and really give the muscle a good squeeze. thats kinda hard with my old excercises

and its not like im not still deadlifting and squating- cant replace squats!
