Ive been back in the gym for nearly 2 months after being out for about 4 months with a ruptured spleen. :worried:

Ok here are my stats:
5'9 @ 230lb bf , eh I know its still high 18%-20% guessing

Have not been on a cycle since June of 2001 Test and EQ with arimidex throughout cycle, NO PCT, followed by 6 weeks of Clen ECA stack.

This will be my 4th cycle:
1) Andriol 50mg/day 8 weeks Gained 5lb : age: 23 weight: 215 25% bf
2) Var 30mg 10 weeks Gained 4 lb, dropped 3% bf : age:24 weight: 200 14% bf
3) test 500mg, EQ 400mg 12 weeks gained 12lb dropped 4% bf, kept it all : age: 25 weight: 205 12%bf

cycle looks like this:
week 1-10 Eq 600mg/E5D,
Week 1-13 Var 50mg
week 13 2000i.u HCG split by 500 E3D
Week 13-16 : Nolvadex

By week 16 looking to drop to 215 and get bf% < 14%
Is this reasonable? should I hold off on the cycle? Do I still need to loose more weight?

diet and cardio before gear. get rid of the layer that hides your hard work from the world then your time/money spent on a cycle will be worth it. In the mean time: if that is not a dorm room, you should be spending your money on some furniture.

:lmao:

Ehh,

My diet is terrible, funniest thing is that everyone has been telling me ive gained weight, but I think I got so disillusional that I wanted to believe it was muscle not fat I was gaining.

Diet looks like this, I know I will get flamed for this but.

7am : 4 eggs with 1/2 cup parmesian cheese, asparagus. 2 slices whole wheat toast. 1 Cup grapefruit juice.

11am: Some fruit : 2 peaches or a bannana

1:00pm: 8oz Rib Eye Steak, With salad or broccoli sauteed in garlic, 1 cup of blueberries

5:00pm: Bannana with Myoplex Carb Sense protein drink

6pm - 8pm Gym

8pm Myplex Deluxe :50G Protein / 28G carbs

9:30 pm 8oz Rib Eye Steak, With salad or broccoli sauteed in garlic, 1 cup of blueberries.

11:30pm Protein drink 50G protein / 11G carbs + Glutamine Pep. Mixed in with grapefruit juice and Lime.

I also live on Beef and broccoli with Brown rice. I'll substitue either Tuna or swordfish for lunch on some days. My problem is some days I will binge and I eat superhuman amounts of food.

Bro, you really need to learn to eat to stay healthy and thin for the long run. Your pretty young to be going up and down with weight and muscle. If you can't lean up to at least 12-14% bf naturally, your gonna be fighting it all your life. Try not to look at short term goals and find a solution for the long run. If you find that you need to get a boost after getting in at least good shape naturally, then run gear again. I've been a healthy guy for almost 20 years. Every guy I've known or lifted with over those years that took the lazy man route, ended up out of shape more than he's in shape.

Don't diet, change the way you eat. Train hard, and you'll get there. just my .02 Good luck....

Im not totally a lost cause, I definately have patience, I have been sitting on EQ, var, deca, and T3 now since february. If I was looking for the shortcut I would have taken it.

Thing is I feel in the best shape of my life, and the reason I eat so much is because Im too active. I hit the gym 4 times a week ( No Cardio ) from my pic obvioulsy, but on the weekend I usually go all out 6 hour days either downhill mountain biking or supercross which is very demanding. And fuck my age group I usually smoke kids in their teens. Blah blah blah, I guess im just bitching cause I feel like im putting in 100% but getting back 50%.

Either way, Thanks for the feedback everyone, I probably just have to re evaluate my training.

K for all.

I wouldn't touch the gear yet. I am not trying to slam you... but... your bf% is easily and I do mean easily... over 20%. I would keep the diet in check, keep working out hard and add some serious cardio in. You have some size in there but there is no way to tell. Try working your way down to 10%. You will start seeing your muscles and really get fired up. Once you can really see them working you get that much more out of your workouts. Once you get to that point... that is when I would start thinking about gear.
I would make fat loss goal number one! I was at your stage of progress a while back. I lost the BF and it was the best thing that ever happened to me!
Good Luck

Looks like something goes wrong everytime you cycle. The gains you posted are kinda bad.

Whatever you end up using, I would wait till you are in the right mindset and feel strong already. 2 months back in the gym is still not sufficient mental preparation to hit a cycle. Id wait till your 5th month. Mental aspect of a cycle is very important if you want that extra motivation to make the most out of your workouts and motivation to put food down your throat all day long. I did a cycle once after a month back in the gym and felt real weak and gained not as much strenght as I would have liked.

I agree with these guys you have got to get your ass in relative shape before you start hitting the sauce.

You gotta be dedicated bro. Once you have your training and diet in order, and your
giving 110% EVERY day, you'll be amazed at what you see in the mirror.

Hey slash, I lost weight a few times in my life by simply doing a little cardio and cutting carbs. Just eat enough carbs to give you energy to live. I also try to limit carbs on off days. Running makes me loose serious weight, but muscle as well. Just heat your body up bro. Ride the fuck out of your mtn bike, and ride mx on hot days! keep it on 2 and take it easy.....

Hey bro, the only real way you can tell if your body is ready to handle another cycle is to have your blood work done. I'm guessing alot of bros don't do this near enough, including myself, but if you are serious about this game, you need to do your body right....good luck...
