Well, I guess it depends on your goals.
But I would say that you shall use some extra rest, training 6 times a week sounds like too much for me. How long is your daily workout?
Remember that resting is as important (or more) than training, but once again, it depends on your goals and stats, etc.
Post some more info about you ...

Good luck jws !

IMO, too many people worry about overtraining and end up undertraining. If you feel ok, you're good. You'll know if you're overtraining. And since you're asking about overtraining, I'm assuming you've read about it, and know how to avoid it.

so true...

Yeah, go by feel. You can get a million different answers here man. Some things, as much as people don't wanna hear this, you have to find out for yourself. This is one of them.

there is a need for more info!!! merely showing your routine means gives us nothing.
are you progressing? how do you measure your progress?

though aside from that-how do u feel- tired, listless, no appetite etc-you know the list! then you might be overtrained

I use this as a reference: If after a few hours or the next day the muscles I trained are in pain, then, it was a good training. If after 1 day off I still feel exhausted and can't go to the gym, then I believe it was too much.
I don't go more than two days in a row because I can't stand it, but my routines are about 14 -18 sets per muscular group. 2 Muscular groups per day + abbs every day.
I am feeling ok with this and it allows me to train 3-5 times per week.

Unno I am on the crossroads of this subject. the general concus though with people who know and are advanced always say most people always overtrain and that most if undertrained would gain more.

yeah, thanks everyone, i guess im worrying to much because i feel fine and am still growing, but my right pec seems to be growing at a slower rate than my left one. Any tips on how to catch this up?

Im guessing when ur benching ur left arm pushes faster than ur right and the bar does not move up in a straight line..Tom is absolutely right d-bells make them a priority..
