am i injured??

ok so im 1.5 weeks into my cycle and yesterday im doing back. lat pulldowns in front and back of neck, rows, and pulley rows. i felt fine leaving the gym and about 1-2 hours later i have an awful pain kind of where my lat meets my shoulder (near the armpit) if i acually put pressure on my tricep area it hurts, its all in the back of the arm. the wierd thing is i cant pinpoint the pain to an exact location. it feels like it radiates to the shoulder. so today i tested the waters to see what i can and cant do. i used light weights and could perform shouder and all exercises except anything with back, i mean i couldnt even pull like 50 lbs on pulley rows without pain. also when i try to place my arm behind my back it hurts.

im just hoping this is inflamation and not something more serious. i just fuckin started and now this shit. let me know what you guys think.

rest it for a day or two, ice it and stretch it. Start back slowly and see. Stretching is my key to avoiding weightlifting injuries.
 
i stretch and get the juices flowing before every workout. i get a light sweat going. anyways like 1500 said, just take it easy on the back exercises for a little bit. if it were me i probably wouldn't do anything upper body for a couple days. work your legs and core for a couple days and let your arm/back/shoulder get better. that's what i would do atleast...
 
Half an hour in the dry sauna couldn't hurt either
