i'm no doctor or anything and other people may be better to answer this but i did 40mg at first for 2 weeks and then dropped to 20 for the rest.
i think i read that you were trying 80. if 40, 50, 60, or 70mg a day dont work, then keep it going up. i would add adex. in my own personal experience, i am able to fully recover pretty quick like i don't feel any lethargy or drop in strength, mainly endurance and recovery are effected. take .5mg a day of the adex.
