am i eating enough?

trying to bulk as lean as possible... am i on the right track or is their anything i should modify? heres an example:

meal one- 1 cup uncle sam flax cereal + 40g whey + skim milk

meal two- 6 egg whites (2 yolks) + pro complex gainer shake (70g carbs + 450 calories + 60g protein)

meal three- tuna wrap + 1 tbsp smart balance mayo + 1 banana + tbsp anpb

meal four- pwo shake (60g protein + 60g carbs + 400 calories)

meal five- 2 chicken breasts + 1 cup brown rice

meal six- stir fry sirloin + broccoli
 
maybe..whats the total amount of cals your taking in?

also, you will probably need to change the intake depending on how your body is reacting to it..if you are fairly active its very easy to maintain on 2700+ cals..
