'Sup man.

I'm a little confused by the exercises listed. You're doing 6 sets of a seated BB curl...preachers?

The next exercise is "inclined." Are these incline curls, or incline presses?

If you meant the latter, I'd have to do them after the flat bench. If you meant the former, I'd have to restructure things somewhat...6 sets of pecs and 15 sets of biceps seems, well, odd.

In a somewhat different vein, how many of these are work sets? What kind of rep range are you using?

well its a chest press the inclined. I do my chest in pyramid goin from 10 to 8 to 7 to 6 to 3 to 1 than drop weight an ddo 5 reps of my lowest weight from the start. Now the setaed barbell curl is just that a seated barbell curl no preacher pad or anythng its just like a regular standing babell curl but you sit ( you can add some more wight becasuse of a leser range of mtion ) so 10-12 sets of chest as well as bis

I see.

How, might I ask, did you come upon this rep/set scheme, and do you always attempt a 1 RM?

Further, how many of those sets do you take to failure/close thereto?

Hmm...

I've heard of such curls but other than using more weight, I don't really get the point. I think standing curls are probably your best bet.

In any event, chest and biceps make for a fun split. What does the rest of the week look like for you?
