AM Cardio

When ppl say AM cardio, does that mean doing cardio as soon as you wake up no matter how late you might wake up? or should you do it as early as possible?
 
it doesnt matter what time it is, only thing that matters is that you do it before your first meal.
 
YES AM cardio is whenever your morning is.....ie...whenever you wake up. It's the best time to do it on an empty stomach.

Try this for a week if your dieting:

Wake up......go to gym
Do 30-45mins of cardio plus your workout of you wish
Go home have a protien shake
Have some rice and tuna a few hrs later
2 chicken breasts a few hrs after that
a shake before bed.

YOU WILL LOOSE LBS. Works magic for me.
 
Do that and you will lose more than weight. You will lose so much muscle since that diet sucks. Just not enough food.
 
morning cardio on an empty stomach will really dip into those fat stores!
