alt to hack squats

this is my least favorite exercise ever...whats everyones opinion as a good alt that hits the same amount of areas?i already do front squats reg squats
 
Lunges are the closest approximation to hacks I can think of.

But if you're already doing front squats then hacks may be redundent.
 
noaccess to leg press and i hate lunges equally as i think about it...lol
 
Why do you feel you need to do another exercise besides front and reg squats ?

If your working your squats hard........your good to go bro.
 
What about the barbell hacksquat - it was the way the old guys did it before machines - really kicks ass! - named for the guy who invented it George Hackenschmidt.

i actually like leg day...but i hate hack squats...supreme thats what i do is hack squat barbell...fuck them then i guess:D
 
you got it covered. you could do bulgarian split squats, but thats just a stationary lunge with the back leg up on a bench. since you hate lunges...never mind. hehehe.

put on a t-shirt that says "shut up and squat" that should give you some motivation. I hate lunges using the barbell, cause I suck at balancing it when going down. An alternative is using dumbells, if you are using heavy weights just put on wrist straps and you are good to go.
