hey everyone,

just for the hell of it, I am throwing some pics up for everyone to see....

stats:
6'1"
currently 215 lbs
guesstimated 12-15% bf
27 yrs old
natural


been training DC for over 6 weeks now....went to 220 from about 205....started cutting about 2 weeks ago...

I didn't post a front pic, because they looked horrible....have some chest fat and love handles to lose.....
I guess you could say these are the angles look best at in my opinion.

any feedback welcome good or bad....

oh, and by the way I am going to continue cutting....and will continue to post any progress.

Hey you have a good frame, what are your goals and how long have you been lifting? oh and can I pose in your kitchen too?

I have been lifting for a long time....or so I thought I was. I have to say, that just in the past few months I have become serious about my training, diet and achieving my goals. Mostly due to being a member of this board.

immediate goal right now is to get down to 10% bf in the next 8 weeks...and then start to bulk again as clean as possible, and keep getting bigger....and bigger and bigger....


btw, the light in my kitchen is awesome....plus I could eat while I was doing this:splat:
 
Love handles? Well, you look good to me! Especially the black socks...woo-hoo! Do you have any "befores" to compare? I'd like to see some of your back doing a double bi...I think that's what it's called! Looks like you've got a good frame to work with.

One question though...you've been doing DC the last two weeks while cutting? Have you adjusted your food? From what I've read, you need to be eating everything in sight on DC (but I could be wrong).

...and clean those dishes will ya?! ;)
 
Don't worry jerkbox the gaydar wasn't detecting you, the nut hugging shorts and nice haircut did register minor bleeps but hey no biggie. The real culprit, who almost broke the gaydar with an off the scale reading, is our good friend the Pillsbury oilboy...lol
 
Very good back proportions and overall thickness.

I recommend three things

1) rear delts and more traps
2) more quad work
3) need some more size on upper chest/shoulder area

These things will balance out your physique... I know I sound harsh but you have done a good job so far just work on these points.

very good eye....these are pretty much my exact weak spots....especially the chest and shoulder area, which is why I won't post a front shot. although I think I look ok when I look in the mirror, photos are a different story....maybe in 6 months:D

my quads have been lacking lately since a knee surgery a while ago limited me to light leg presses for a while, and then I started doing box squats. I am starting to work narrow high bar squats back into the routine, and front squats, as soon as I master them.

Nonerz - consider these the "before pics", and hopefully sometime down the road I will posting somethng better. As for the diet, I did a short bulking period when I started training DC, and my weight shot up very quickly, now I am cutting, but I like DC training so I am sticking with it, hopefully I will be able to maintain the same intensity on this diet.

You're a thick dude bro. You have a solid physique going. Good frame.

You get back into squatting, and you'll be a monstrosity.

BTW, I'm curious to see your lifts man. That Philly/Jersey session will come shortly. I talked to my lifting partner, he said he should be able to. Another buddy of mine is also interested. All we need is a Saturday to do it.

I can tell you one thing, looking at your numbers from your chest/shoulder workout, you have got some upperbody pushing strength over me for sure....like Lord Suston said, I really need more size in that area.
 
Your looking good bro. You have an excellent frame to add muscle to. After your cutting phase, it will be intereesting tio see you bulk up again. Nice work:D
 
we are built very similar man, I'm 6'2" and 218 or so. Keep it up! :)

looking good jb, I feel the same way when I look in the mirror "not bad" but take a picture, and I`m gonna throw up. I don`t understand that.
 
Yeah, I got my wife to take some pics last night, but they looked horrible. So I'll try again this weekend I guess.

Jerkbox - looking good. I'd like to have a build like that by end of fall or something (depending on this shoulder injury I just got).

Ditto. Rear delts and traps are non-existant. Good eye.

Your back is getting thick.
