Weeks 1-10 T-400 400/wk
Weeks 1-10 Test Enan 250/wk
Weeks 1-3 t-prop 100mg ED
Weeks 1-10 EQ 400/wk
Weeks 1-6 Tren 100mg/EOD
Weeks 5-12 Winny 50mg/ED
.5mg Armidex-ED
Week 13-17 Clomid-ED
Week 13-17 Nolvadex-ED

trying to keep the cycle low estrogenic to avoid gyno related problems, yet gaining as much LEAN muscle as possible in 12 weeks. Going to clean bulk and drink 1 Nlarge 2 shake, and two 100% whey shakes a day, along w/ 4-5 meals.

Here is my routine, gonna switch from 2 days on 1 day off to this routine, i think it should work out pretty well while on my cycle. If i feel like i'm overtraining i'll cut back.

Routine:
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Abs
Day 2: Back, Traps, Abs
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Day 4: Legs, Calves, Heavy Abs
Day 5: Off
 
You've got a test blend, test prop and test enanthate in there. It'd be a lot simpler and you'd get more consistent blood levels if you just went with test enanthate and front-loaded.

I don't think .5 mg of dex is going to give you the supression you want. I'd consider 1 mg.

I haven't used EQ so I can't really comment on that, but it seems like it might be unncecessary in this cycle. Tren wise, it seems like most folks around here prefer ED injections.

Yeah - Shoot the tren ED.

Also - Test overkill as mentioned above.


Gear isn't magic, eat eat rest rest + bust your ass in the gym.
 
I'm not so much arguing with the test dosage (although without knowing his cycle history and stats who knows?), I'm more just saying that all the different esters are going to be a bitch to control for maximum efficiency.
 
I don't understand it myself...

I've always been an advocate of low doses, and have been blessed with great genetics. So my opinion might be in the minority.

IMO - Guys should be worried about bringing in calories, getting their rest and learning how to train.

Having said that - This cycle looks to complicated.
 
No god here, but I would agree with the other guys about the Tren ED..... and personally, I'd do the winny along with the tren, not after.

Calroies are in check....6000-6500 a day.

Stats: 5'11", 210 @ 6%, went on a CRAZY cutting diet for a few months. Right now i'm in competition condition. Wanna add another 15lbs of lean muscle if possible.

the reason the fina is EOD, is because when i shoot it everyday, as i've done in a past cycle, i get WAY too pumped up and have to cut workouts short. Inj EOD solves this problem. So the fina must stay the way it is...

personally I think you would be happier with eq @ 600-800mg wk
