Alright... Help me out

Diet is 6 meals a day. It involves 2 protein shakes w/ 50g or protien and 3 bannanas in each shake, (80carbs). Then my other 4 meals have more than that or close to it... I only drink water. NOTHING ELSE! AT ALL! ALOT OF IT! I know its not my diet. Training is great too.

I have posted this on another board before so i will just put it in here....Theres my diet. I guess I am just one of those wierd people that dont respond well to thsi stuff...

Monday*Chest.Shoulder.Triceps

Dumbell flat Benchpress - 2 warm up sets Light weight.
Failure range (6-8) (4-6) (2-4) (1-2)
Burnout set with the warm up weight, right after max (1-2)
Superset of butterfly dumbells, right after burnout

Shoulder dumbell press - 2 warm up sets light weight.
Failure range (6-8) (4-6) (2-4) (1-2)
Burnout set with the warm up weight, right after max (1-2)
Superset of standing lateral raises with dumbelss, right after burnout

Bar dips (or pushdowns) 4 sets each to failure.
Superset of tripcep pushdowns right after last set (this can be done a few times usually)

Abs - 4 sets each to failure, Curl ups, (seated machine, w/ added weight)

Wednesday*Legs

Squats - 2 warm up sets of light weight
Failure range (6-8) (4-6) (2-4) (1-2)
Burnout set with the warm up weight, right after max (1-2)
Superset of leg extentions right after burnout set

Stiff leg dead lifts - 2 warm up sets of light weight
Failure range (6-8) (4-6) (2-4) (1-2)
Burnout set with the warm up weight, right after max (1-2)
Superset of hamstring raises right after burnout set

Standing Calf raises - 4 stripsets each to failure
add weight each time, No rest

Abs - incline reverse, 4 sets each to failure

Friday*Back.Bicep

Pull ups wide grip - 4 sets each to failure

Seated machine. 2 warm up sets, light weight
Failure range (6-8) (4-6) (2-4) (1-2) (I forgot what this machine is called but I pull the weight toward my chest w/ 2 handles, works your upper back area)
Burnout set with warm up weight
Super set of cable pulldowns reverse grip

Barbell Curls - 2 warm up sets (lighter weight)
1.Add weight - do curls to failure
2.Add weight - do curls to failure (right after) superset of cable bicep pulldowns
3.Add weight - do curls to failure (right after) superset of cable bicep pulldowns
4.Add weight - do curls to failure (right after) superset of cable bicep pulldowns

Shoulder shrugs - 4 sets to failure ( heavy weight)

Abs - 4 sets each to failure, Curl ups, (seated machine, w/ added weight)
 
I guess I'll add a say, its about a 4000 calorie diet... i would think..Also fat intake is good, omega 3 6 and 9 are taken. Olive oil and creatine are added to shakes also....

Bro here is a quick action plan for you.

1. accept this cycle as a loss. (consider yourself lucky you got some poundage from the dbol.

2. End your cycle now! Get yourself on some clomid or Nolva and some HCG. Sounds like you are losing your gains because the last bit of gear you are running is fake, and you are shut down from the gear that worked. You are only 22 and you dont want to fuck up your natty test cycle as you should still be pumping out a good bit naturally.

3. As you are recovering, take a re-vamp on your diet and training and research this as much as you can. Get a nice plan together of a few routines and good diet, and stick with it for a good 10-12wks.

4. Research a good cycle, for your goals. Take as much time as you need and dont rush into anything. The bros on this site are a very good reference for you and a great place to start. Lots of bros with lots of experience and lots who have fucked up like you did. Learn from them.

5. FIND YOURSELF A GOOD SOURCE! THis is very important so you dont repeat this same cycle as you just went through. I dont mean go asking everyone on this board for a hookup ... just hangaround for a bit, and start to work on your "plan" here. Something should come your way, and always do checks on your sources first. I would not buy it off the street.

6. When you are 100% that you are ready and know what you are doing.... Run your new cycle, and love it and gain some nice thick slabs of dense musle.

7. Recover so you can keep it! hehehehe

Well What I think happend is the t400 was fake, so that means I was gear free for about 5 weeks plus I also believe the drol was garbage, so thats a few months i was off. So i am on week 3 or so w/ the Qv enan. So im just gunna see what happens. Thanks all.
 
Just do me a favor and re-evalute your diet bro........also, might want to consider what the hell you were injecting if its fake.........you said it hurt right? hmmm....I'd be concerned.......
 
what i think is that you consider this otion:

keep on doing the test enanth, ur about 1 wk it kicks in.
keep doing it for 6 more wks , add some hcg sat-sun aproach.
use nolva for post cycle.

ok.. so you ask for everyones help, they give their opinion (majority says to stop cycle).. then you go ahead and do what you wanted to do anyways... hmm... I say you order more gear and just stay on year round for the next 10 years... then u'll be sure to get huge

Yea thats what i'll do....wouldnt be too far fetched as most board members do this anyway...

most members on this board properly cycle their gear, get their gear tested to make sure its real and have a proper diet/workout already running and they dont ask for others opinions then do what they want....take the eth you got left and save it....stop ur cycle now...or ull probally regret it later...


the peeps here aren't here to make you their science project...they've been through this before...they know what they are doing...listen to them
