I am on my last stage of getting a very lean body (I am a 30 year old woman and has 11% body fat). The only places that I am having a harder time to loose are the upper thighs and lower belly (A2 receptors). I heard about the High-low carb diet. Would that help? Also, I am tempted to try the Yohimburn cream to rub into these specific areas (thighs and lower belly). Anyone had tried it? Is it working well?
