had an awesome workout today. Did max OT legs and my strength was way up. I just kept adding more and more weight. by the time I had enough weight for only 6 reps, I was like holy shit I didn't know I could do that much (560 on leg press, prolly not shit to some of you guys but it felt good to me). I am actually outgrowing the weights at my school gym (not that we really have shit anyway, since they built a new fieldhouse people not on the FB team get the old shit
) Still felt awesome in there 2day. Starting to notice that my wrists, knuckles, and knees are hurting though. Must be the winny joint pain I hear about. Oh that reminds me, so I been using an 18g for my winny and this morning when I pulled the needle out the fucking hole stayed. That 18g wore out the stopper, wtf do I do now??? Also it seems like the itchiness from the deca shots is getting increasingly worse, any recommendations to stop that shit. Should I try benadryl. I swear it feels like an allergic reaction, I got a hyyyuge lump on me arse
