I notice a lot of threads and/or comments/questions from newbies and PCT and/or estrogen control/gyno/water retention AFTER THEY HAVE STARTED A CYCLE!!!

Listen to me very closely noobs.

If you do not know what an AI or a SERM is, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you do not know how to combat estrogen and deal with gyno symptoms before you start a cycle, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you do not know which AI/SERM/PCT drugs do what in the body, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you assume "Oh, I'll just take this and hopefully I won't have problems" DO NOT START A CYCLE! Know exactly what to do.

If you do not know what is a proper dosage of a AI/SERM/PCT drug, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you do not have your full PCT plus any during-cycle AI/estrogen control in your imeddiate possesion that you could possibly need DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you do not know how to recover your natural testosterone levels, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you don't know what HCG is, what dose whould be taken, when and how often it is to be used, or if it is necessary, DO NOT START A CYCLE!

If you have 1 million questions about PCT and or AI' and SERMS, DO NOT ask questions here until you READ THIS: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/post-steroid-cycle-therapy/post-cycle-therapy-376177.html

I am really concerned about a bunch of newbs coming on here with 3 posts and saying "I started a cycle and now I have GYNO/Water retention etc". I don't want to see that shit at all.

Don't be stupid. These drugs are potentially harmful, and if you don't know what you are doing, you get in trouble. It's these types of stupid and/or careless people that got the AAS world on the whipping post in the first place. We are all bros here, and being smart and responsible about our use helps everyone, not just us. Because, the moment one person gets on the local news about steroid abuse, the whole fucking world hears about it and has another reason to hate on us and bust more people.

PCT is just as, if not more, important than the AAS use anyway.

Noob as in newb to the gear. I am hardly a newb here, atleast I don't consider myself a newb. I certainly know more than a lot of people on here about AAS that have been on for years. The mentors are mentors for a reason. They know their stuff. I've sen some vets on here say some stupid shit sometimes. Not that I have always been the wisest, but...

good post and very important points.

Absoluteley. We are here to help, but first, help yourself. Learn what you needto do to be prepared for any and all situations possible. If you get stuck, just ask.

lol well being here for a month makes you a noob. I have been here over a year and still a noob. I know a lot of shit but I am still too new to give advice like 8 and 20 or needto or a lot of others on here.

Its just funny to me when people come on here and have been here 6 months and think they know more than other people and start postng post like this. I guess they are looking for approval from the vets and mods.

Please take no offense to what I am saying dabuff guy. How long have you been using?

Its just scarey when a person comes on here and starts giving advice to noobs when they themselves are noobs. I give my personal experience with what I have taken and what I know for sure ie medical things. My expertise is better served with reactions to meds and abscess'. that is stuf I know and if I dont know then I dont post shit.

None taken.

I've used for 2 years, 3 cycles pending a 4th. Not a long time. I know.

Just because I have been here 6 months doesn't mean I haven't been elsewhere for years on other boards. I was on other boards since I was 14 years old. Now I am 24, and have been interested in and studying aas use for 5 years, using the last 2. I don't claim to be some sort of expert or anything n the field of aas as apparantly mentors and mods/admin are, but I sure as hell am not a noob. Nor do I claim to know as much or more than others. Nobody can say they're an expert, because modern medical research on these drugs are limited. Experience is all that qualifies an expert in this case, not science. Even then, experience for one person is totally different for another. One person loves dbol, and their body responds well to it, and get little sides. Others, it makes them feel like shit and look like a marshmellow.

Still, my original post isn't full of advice other than saying not to use until you know what you are doing. It's a no brainer really. Yet, I see people that have problems with no brainers here almost on a daily basis, leading me to think they need it spelled out for them so they don't get screwed up. So, I spelled it out for them, just trying to help.

Excuse me for being helpful, whether I'm relatively new here or not. Doesn't fucking matter if I've been here 3 minutes, or 7 years like some here. If a post is helpful, it's helpful. If it makes sense, it makes sense. It's not like I posted some abstract philosopy that make people question whether is true. All I said, basically, was don't be retarded.

Alcatraz (dragging you in bro) and I joined the same month I did, yet he has 4500 more posts than I. Does that greater qualify him not being a noob? Am I a noob soley on the basis of my low post count (which I dont think is low, although some people have 70,000+)? I can spend my hours in the chat section shooting the shit and rack my post count through the fucking roof, that doesn't mean I'm not a noob or am. I could have been 35 years old, done 20+ cycles, known more than anyone here and have joined last week. That doesn't make me a noob.

If I don't know about something, I won't say anything. I have never tried to bullshit anyone here. I don't recall of a single post where someone chastised me for giving wrong advice, and I have posted 100's of times giving advice and people either +1'ed or agreed with or added upon my own suggestions. I can speak for my limited experience on the subject and help out, and that's it.

I don't think a person in the world would disagree with my first post, so what's the problem anyway?

And as far as seeking approval from mods etc, that's ridiculous. This is the internet where as far as I am concerned, I don't give a shit whether people like me or not. The internet isn't real life, it's an active information database. I will never meet any of you. Trying to seek approval from people I don't know is issues a mentally ill person has. I'm sure some of the people that run this place know eachother personally, otherwise how would someone trust another to run this place and get things done?

anyways, I've said enough. I posted a helpful post and somebody gets sketchy about it because I only joined 6 months ago. whatev's. BTW, i do love your avatar. It's pretty funny.

Just for the record, post count does not necessarily reflect level of knowledge.

Yes your low post count makes you a noob here until proven otherwise. Look man I am sorry if I offended you. i was just giving my opinion. LOL

hmm. That's debatable on many different levels for either agreeing or disagreeing with that staement, and is for another thread.

This thread is geared toward all things pertaining to Estro problems including PCT, not whether you should do roids altogether.

Since this tread pertains to noobs....Would it be possible for the board to be set up in a way that any new member must view a page of stickies before they can proceed to enter, read or post in the Discusion Forums they wish to enter?

I know this might sound like some work since it would be a big change but that might resolve all of the dumb post. And of course I'm sure there would be a lot of people that would see the stickies page and then continue on without reading them.

Just an idea I'm throwin out there. Any comments on this idea or other ideas on how to improve our little prob here?

Whilst in theory this would be a good idea, in practice I dont think it would stop the novices from just coming in on threads or creating threads with the same questions that we see all the time. Most people are just too lazy to spend the necessary time researching what AAS & PCT etc is all about. I think a bigger problem lies in the accurancy of some of the replies we see coming in on newbie threads. Its absolutely terrible on BB.com. These poor mugs are getting given wrong information that potentially could be dangerous. Personally, now I tend not to post on a obvious newbie thread because it can be so time consuming giving out all the relevant information to someone that has little or no knowledge of what gear is all about. I do give out advise to my best ability to someone that takes the time to PM you with a question on one of my posts. this way you can dig a bit deeper on the persons experience , training history, nutrition etc I prefer to work this way now & I do this on the four boards that I visit.
