i think "virgin muscle" might have something to do with it.
i never used my quad or calf before and both were just WASTED the next day
there was no "focus and force and bite through, just endure" NO
there was NO WAY i was able to stretch or contract or massage
BUT i did my delt yesterday which i have inj into before,
and damn..
this little throb is nothing.
for sure im benching today
some dips, too.
does this mean next time i inj in my quad or calf it won't be as bad?
