I know you recommend 5 on 2 off with s4 but I'm loving the results. Got yellow tint already but don't want to stop. Can I just lower the dose and keep going or lower dose on 2 days of the week?

Hey Dylan, Props to you for answering as many questions as you have in this thread.

I had a bit of a nasty car accident, and in my down time gained a good amount of weight which i want to trim out the best i can before the next cycle.

I'm planning on running ipamorelin/CJC, and now I want to run GW-50 as well.

My question is, I haven't really found any solid info on this but how would you incorporate the GW-50 in?

I was thinking maybe GW-50 on it's own then start the ipa/cjc towards its end, or do you feel i could run the 3 at the same time, then continue the ipa/cjc once i finish with GW-50.

Does anyone know if sarms, osta and lgd in particular, increase hematocrit?

How good is osta for healing an injury... Killed leg day then went to the track to run. Decided not to do distance after 2 labs because I got bored started sprints and pow hamstring. Would low dosed epi work better than osta and s4?

Actually, I recommend dosing s4 properly so you DON'T have to run 5 on and 2 off... You want to do everything you can to avoid that... That's a last option before just stopping use if you have the vision sides too bad to take... It's a great option if you can't tolerate the vision sides because the half life is so short that it helps to keep them to a minimum but you want to avoid having to go that way if possible...

You are fine to run them together if you want bro... Run gw at 10-20 mg day... If you had an accident, then ostarine would be the most beneficial in terms of helping to heal... gw does not have healing properties... its used for endurance and fat loss...

Osta is the sarm with the healing qualities... what in the world would make you think epi would do anything at all for you with a hamstring injury?? Osta can help but that's an injury that takes a lot of rest and time... that's not something you want to not take seriously because it can linger for a very long time if you don't treat it properly...

Does LGD have any joint support/relief like Osta does?

There is no indication of this with lgd

I have not seen any indication of this... I assume you are worried about a blood test?
