This is one of the friendliest forums I have ever seen, people actually helping people and not brow beating them over the internet. The mods and admin also are very helpfull which is nice!

I've learned at least 80% of my knowledge from the stickies and threads on elitefitness. Any question I can think of is almost always only a search away and if not my questions are quickly answered through the experienced mods and admins. Elitefitness takes away at least one to two hours of my day everyday and I love it. Needto your beastdrol is pimp. AAS ftw
