I wouldnt consider myself "new" to the site, but I wanted to say this: I didnt realize how many members EF had until Needto posted the new record the other day. Very cool. I like coming here and posting, and reading what people have to say. I have EF bookmarked and its on of the first sites I visit when I log on in the morning. Even if you arent a workout buff, there is a place for everyone to go on here. The staff is also top notch, as well as the mentors. Hell, even the people who are more experienced than others that help out around here are top notch. Its just a cool place to be. Im glad I found this place.

YA we have a chat board,training boards,boards boards and more boards. We have a forum for everything. Even groups Like Anabolic alliance,HORDCORE, New Beginnings, following the AA traditions,Elite Pets, and more. New groups are made all the time. most active would be the first 3 though.

We got everything covered from a to z though. No reason you can't find some where to start talking to people.

I was talking with a good buddy of mine the other day about when he was my age (he is 50) lifting it took a good ten years just to figure out how to lift then another ten just how to eat. LOL! so its really nice to have a place to get some good advice!!!!

Thanks a lot brother. I got a good guy who has been helping me out with AAS and diet and it's been working great so far. But my cycle will be over in January so by then I may want to contact you and learn more before I do my next cycle. I also want to come into the spring/summer months ripped so I may need some leaning out advice without losing the hard-earned muscle. Thanks dude

im new to this board, i have been on other boards for many of years. And they all went to shit. This board seems to be off the chain. Im sticking around here for awhile, this is my new home. Im no stranger to aas, i have alot of info and experience. Thanks guys, maybe 1 day ill be platinum, im just broke rite now, its xmas time and my son wants everything, LOL

4 weeks cycles can be effective but 6 weeks is best. I can talk with you and explain a lot more in pm's if you like.

It also depends on the ester of the test you are using too. The right pct also has a big effect on the outcome.

Im new too, and would very much accept a plat membership with open arms hehehehe you guys have taught me alot on this site, so thanks........

Im 30 kinda felt the age hit me so decided to make a physical change, Started 273 lbs 31% bf Im 6 feet tall........ With a great diet, cardio and workout regimen a good jump start with some hgh and clen and now I have lost good amount of BF and gaining muscle suprisingly easy thank God.... right now a month and a half later I weigh 242 dropped waist 2 sizes down feel good as hell get compliments which motivate me to lose/gain lots more, btw my workout buddies who have been doin it for a while are the greatest motivation... Just wanted to throw that out there... LETS GET MASSIVE FELLAS !!!!

Whats up guys. I'm new as well. I have been lurking around for a month or two. I'm a member to a few other forums but i have gained more knowledge from this forum then the others combined. I have been intimidated to post anything because i didn't really feel like i could contribute that much. However since i have joined elitefitness i have retained a lot of useful information in everything from training, to diet, to supplements etc. I have taken pages and pages of notes and i sincerely thank you all for the help!

Very friendly and helpful group of people. My knowledge has already increased( smile smile ). Sustain Alpha looks like something worth while to use for PCT. How long does it take for you to ship to South Africa?
