Im new too, and would very much accept a plat membership with open arms hehehehe you guys have taught me alot on this site, so thanks........

Im 30 kinda felt the age hit me so decided to make a physical change, Started 273 lbs 31% bf Im 6 feet tall........ With a great diet, cardio and workout regimen a good jump start with some hgh and clen and now I have lost good amount of BF and gaining muscle suprisingly easy thank God.... right now a month and a half later I weigh 242 dropped waist 2 sizes down feel good as hell get compliments which motivate me to lose/gain lots more, btw my workout buddies who have been doin it for a while are the greatest motivation... Just wanted to throw that out there... LETS GET MASSIVE FELLAS !!!!

Whats up guys. I'm new as well. I have been lurking around for a month or two. I'm a member to a few other forums but i have gained more knowledge from this forum then the others combined. I have been intimidated to post anything because i didn't really feel like i could contribute that much. However since i have joined elitefitness i have retained a lot of useful information in everything from training, to diet, to supplements etc. I have taken pages and pages of notes and i sincerely thank you all for the help!
