I'm not a fan or a hater, but dude, he's only been on the chart for a week, and his album's only been out for just under 2 weeks.... Let me know if this album is still on the charts when it has been out for over a year. Take a look at the number 3 position on that same chart.... Kid Rock's Album "Cocky" is number 3, and it's been out since 2001... If this album is still on the chart in a year, that'll say something... but having the best selling week old album in the country doesn't impress me.... Any highly anticipated album will top the charts it's first couple of weeks out, then, like all fads, fade away in a month or so, then you don't hear from them again... Like I said, I'm not a hater, but I think it's too early to judge if this guy is the next 'pac, or just another dime a dozen MC that fades away as soon as the radio stations stop overplaying thier first single....

i didn't realize at first that 50 cent has been around for a long time. only after eminem signed him and mtv started playin him did everyone jump on the band wagon. it sucks how that is. i like underground shit, because its not something that everyone has heard. i get pissed when everyone bumps 50 after they heard him on mtv. in the end no one cares.

ONE WITH G UNIT AND HIS NEXT SOLO JOINT IN NOV/DEC. HE'LL BE ON THE CHARTS FOR AS LONG AS ANY OTHER RAPPER. JUST LOOK AT EM. HE'S STILL ON THEM AND EM IS EVEN SAYING 50'S ALBUM IS HOTTER THAN HIS FIRST. I GUESS THAT IS PROVED BY THE NUMBER 1 SPOT. EM DIDNT EVEN DO THAT. NOR DID DRE.

#3 IS THE BEST RECORD ON THAT JOINT. BUT ALL OF THEM ARE TIGHT AND WORTH LISTENING TO WITHOUT RANDOMLY GOING THROUGH IT.
