aldactone usage

Ok,

I've researched the archives and still found no real definitive information for using this diuretic pre contest.

Want to know how to use it down to a science
ie: water dosage the week before, what dosage to bring it down

when to start the aldactone, what to do with sodium , potassium levels,
should I jump in a sauna! Fuck, anything pertinent let me know,

Would only like advice from those who have used it, not what you've heard,

Also, will insulin or anabolic usage effect the diuretic,Current weight is at 213 lb, 7.5% bodyfat (university tested) at 8 weeks out,

Bro that is gonna be trial and error because everyone responds different to diuretics. The only advice i can give you is increase sodium on sun, mon and tues the week before the show and drastically reduce it to almost none wed, thur and fri when carbing up. double up on the water intake sun mon and tues and take about 1/2 your normal amount on wed and thurs and very little on friday and sat. I would start the aldactone on wed along with potassium tablets.
