All recreational drugs hurt muscle growth to some extent but I know some people who drink a lot and still make decent gains, so as long as you do everything else right and you don't drink too heavily you should be fine.
well my training partners enjoy a few brewskies, some more than others, lol. and they are still strong. but i still dont think its a good idea. i know it would ruin me. liftbig no likey drinking.
Small amounts maybe but heavy drinking the night before is bad, dehydration and such. Trust me I know. The only way I get away with it is because I'm part Irish/German/Swiss/Indian/Army for 4 years/Westsider of town. Really. I would not ever tell someone to start the habit, especially starting out when your still learning your body and training.
