Alcohol and lifting

Ok ive heard alot about not drinking while your training/on cycle. To my knowledge this is because of it inhibiting protein synthesis, one of the most important things for building muscle and what juice helps with. For someone like me i love to go out to the bars and drink red bulls and vodka or beers on the weekend, so my question is If i train all week and wait till friday and saturday night to drink, will my protein synthesis be back to normal by monday? And does this only affect you while your on cycle, how much alcohol causes a problem, a glass of wine with dinner?

there is a difference between going out and having a few drinks socially and going home and going to bed vs. going out and getting hammered. the way i look at it is this, if once a week you go out and have a few drinks but you are not over the legal limit and can drive yourself home you likely haven't done much damage. although its not a good idea on a cycle 3-4 beers over 3-5 hours isn't going to kill you. now if you go out and get wasted on redbull and vodka from 8pm till 3am you pretty much negated a few days worth of gains in a few hours.

What if i mix some winny and AIFM with my redbull and vodka, maybe even a little clomid? JK bro thanks for the feedback :P
