hey, just posting another question for your enjoyment.
I know drinking is harmful on your body and can lower your test levels among other things.

I am on the 4th week of my first cycle of dbol and test. I have got great results thusfar, probally mostly from the d bol and mostly consisting of water : )

while I am not a heavy drinker by any means. I do enjoy having a drink or two while my friends get sloshed : )

Is a small amount of alcohol like that acceptable while on?

I figured with such a small amount it wouldnt be a big deal, but a friend today was telling me how I should avoid it all costs, and said I should just stick to green if I have to. Green is no problem for me, because I find it does a great job of stimulating my appetite.

I would (and have) lay off everything, but if you insist, "green" is probably better for you than alcohol. However, I have heard of people drinking in moderation and still make great gains., but it makes you wonder if the gains would've been "greater" without alcohol, same with the "green." By the way, I took me a couple of secs to relized what you meant by "green."

I don't think it's that big a deal at all. I always hear everyone on here saying "Get your priorities straight...if you can't abstain from drinking for the duration of a single cycle then you shouldn't be cycling". I think that's complete BS. Some guys out there are trying to compete, so yeah, obviously if they want to make it they're going to need a hell of a lot of dedication. To me, those are the only guys that viewpoint applies to.

There's lots of guys that juice that are just trying to be big. They don't have aspirations to compete or to look like Ronnie. To say that these people should forgo the rest of their lives while on cycle to stay "dedicated" is just stupid. I'm not saying it's ok to get blitzed all the time while on cycle, but I can't stand when people jump on other's throats for wanting to have a few drinks on their birthday or something.

No problems as long as you don't do it EOD, your liver is getting stressed by the gear, alcohol just make your liver work twice, a drink or two is no problem

I just like to look at it this way, I'd rather hurt my liver using gear than hurt it by drinking. Just my opinion.

or you could put it this way... arnold was asked in a conversation if he drinks milk and how often, he replied "milk is for babies, i drink beer". that might have everybody rethinking, lol.

a-bomb

As long as you're not a marathon driker and don't do it more than 1-2 times a week I don't see it being a problem. For me it's cause alcohol makes me lose my appetite and I don't eat enough.

That said I've got a few really big friends who are major booze hounds even while on, and it doesn't seem to hurt their progress. Not sure what their livers look like tho.

Ill have a beer or a glass of wine when im out at a club, but i wont get loaded. I dont think one or two is doin that much harm as long as your not doin it ED.

I used to drink a lot when on! I have it under controll now. My priorities in life are better. I'm not sure what damage I did but I am sure there was some. Used to black out all the time. Keep everything in moderation and you should be fine. Obviously, no alcohol is better though...
