ALCAR thread deleted?

Well, I posted a thread earlier asking for a place to pick up some ALCAR, and how many grams per day I should be taking, and apparently it was deleted... I even looked to see if it had been moved.

That being said, can one of the mods clue me in as to why it was deleted? I haven't been on this board long, and maybe there are some rules that I'm not aware of...

Nope, its Acetyl L-Carnitine....

There's no asking for sources for supplements in general? I know about not asking for gear sources.

you can get ALCAR at AFStore.. I dunno if it's the BEST price but it's better priced than some other places I've seen.

EF is strict on keeping competing sites to a minimum. If it is supplied at AF, then don't post other sites

Ok, that makes sense. I actually got a package from AF today.. wish I'd searched around there a little a few days ago. For what I paid for this first bottle locally I could have gotten 3 from AF..
