Albuterol Log book

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes. Today was my first day of Albuterol. I do not have a body fat caliper here with me at school but I cannot see my abs and I would guess I am around 16% body fat at this point. I will be keeping my current work out schedule which is the plan laid out in the May 2006 "Muscle & Fiteness" magazine. I can post a spreadsheet of my workouts if anyone wants me too. I also have rugby practice Tuesday and Thursday as well as games most Saturdays. If anything I may increase my cardio a bit. I am 6' and currently 192 lbs.

I took my first dose ago and plan on starting at 4mg a day for the first week and work upto 8-16mg a day. I will see how my body responds and adjust accordingly. Even though it has only been a little while since I took my first dose I have to say it does not have the same feeling as an ECA. ECA usually make me very shakey and "up".

THis is not the right board - we are mostly fat powerlifters, and we ALL hate Muscle and FItness. Not because it is more supplement ads than workout info, but mroe so because the workout routines are total dog shit. Total.

If this is not a joke, and if so the jokes on Al...hahahaha, but if it is not you need to do some serious reading in this forum and get a real lifting plan together.

You don't feel that the lifting plan I am working right now is good enough? Could you tell me the problems with it? I didn't just arbitrarily pick it FYI, I have worked many different plans and this one seems to be up the right alley.

Never read muscle and fitness. Never read magazines, they are to appeal to lazy people. Anyything that says "get big fast" or anything similar doesn't work, period.

Hit up the training vault sticky in this forum and read up about the 5x5 and the 3x5. I imagine the 3x5 would be good for you.

And for criticism, you didn't link your plan, post it and we will give ya opinions.

Isn't Albuterol an Asthma medication???? lol.....I'm a good old Test, D-Bol, PCT is for people who don't know how to train kind of guy, so maybe I'm clueless, and people use it for fat loss because it speeds up the heart. Be careful though man, if you take too much test, you get a stiffer hard-on, on the other hand if you take too much Albuterol and you'll wind up in the ER.....kids these days, lol.....At 6' and 192 how much fat can you possibly have to lose?? Just a little dieting cleaning up should suffice.....visible abs don't make you a better rugby player.

Do you play for school? Post up the workout, and a typical day's eating. How old are you? What are some weightroom numbers? I'd love to offer my input, but i need to know more.....but for now, why the f-ck would u ''cycle'' Albuterol?? My advice is not to.

Albuterol as a performance enhancing drug, lol....not making fun, just making sure I am reading what I'm reading.

And....if your post was a joke (I'm kind of hoping the albuterol part was, anyway) then fuck you because I typed all that.

I am using Albuterol in place of clen to help me cut a bit. The "cycle" isn't a real cycle but it is to help make sure my body doesn't adjust to it as quickly. This is common with clen and albuterol from what I have researched. There is a whole sticky on albuterol on this forum and how it can be used in place of clen. The abs are for the summer, not for rugby and I play college level rugby.

Is there a way to post a spread sheet on here or should I just type everything out for my training program.

I sent you my email addy in a k message, you can send me the excel sheet if you'd like.

Seriously, man.....Clen isn't an athlete's drug, and at 192 at 6', you're no more than 2 weeks of hard dieting away from all the abs you'll ever need I am sure.

biggg you would think so, hell I wish it was that way but I can lift run and eat only the best foods and the belly fat just doesn't go. I will send you the spreadsheets later today to post.

On april 12 I weighed in and I am down to 198, I wish I had a body fat calliper here at school but I do not. I have yet to see any effects on my body but I have to say that my cardio has become a little easier. I actualy ran the fastest mile in my life on a treadmill at 8:47. My diet has been very clean with the exception of last night. I have noticed very little in terms of side effects. Maybe a slight tremor in my hands but nothing very noticeable.

Biggt I didn't get the pm with your email address. Could you send it again?
