How do you measure 4 mgs? The bottle has a dropper. Can it be measured by drops? This is my first time with alb, so I want to make sure.

also, would it effect thyroid or adrenal function in any way.

The stuff I have is a bottle of 30ml, and its 1mg/ml. If you are all saying I need to take between 2-4mg 3x/day, wouldn't I finish the bottle in like 4 days? That doesn't seem right to me....??? Please help!

too high for first dosage. i would start with slowly with 2mg 3X a day for a few days. if u can handle it without major sides taper up 2mg at a time. the max i hve done is 6mg 3X a day though i have heard of those taking upwards of 10mg 3X. i think that is overkill. with a good diet and 2 cardio sessions a day the fat will fly off.

i only sides i have experienced are increased thirst & cotton mouth. i will get dizzy & queezy if i take too high of a dose.
