Um... so yeah... a little concerned...
I'd been losting 3-5lbs per week, steady, for the past 50ish days...
Friday I start need2slin and forged burner... 4a day and 2 a day respectively (half 6am half noon).
Saturday I add 75mg of helladrol a day, 25 am 50 post workout....
I weigh myself within the same hour, after having voided my bladder and bowels on Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays. My diet has been 700-800 calories a day UNDER my BMR for the past what 8 weeks, but I've been taking in twice the Protein, and heavy on the vitamins and minerals.
I have various kettlebell things I do every day, targeting specific things different days. I do 30-50 pushups a day. I do 30 fairly fast squats with kettlebells every day when I first wake up just to get my heart rate up... it's a great wake-your-ass-up thing.
Where I should have lost 1.5-3lbs Since Saturday, here it is Tuesday and I've GAINED 6.4lbs.... just to make sure it wasn't missing a bowel movement or something, I've stopped putting fluid and solids in me for the past 5 hours, and have been checking my weight after every trip to the bathroom... I'm still up 6lbs and change...
I'm not bloated, not puffy, if anything my skin is a bit more taught and my clothes aren't more snug than they were last week, and not noticeably more relaxed. WHAT THE FRACK IS GOING ON? No way in hell I put on 6lbs of muscle in 4 days... is there? I did finally take a much needed move up in weight on my kettlebell, and notice a slightly different taped size in muscle (but never measured before... I will be starting that though as soon as I have a second set of hands handy tonight so I can try to wrap my head around crap like this in the future)
All of the studies I can find on maximum muscle gain in humans... are all studies of professional athletes, olympians, and bodybuilders who in the way I reason... are going to gain muscle slower, as they are already near or at their genetic potential... so some schlub like me that is far from it (and comparing my body composition to the men in my gene pool a generation older, and 2 generations older... I seem scrawny as far as muscle compared to them)... am I eating in my sleep and don't know about it? Did I gain enough muscle, and then water content in the muscle, in 5 days to equate to 6lbs, did aliens put a 6lb implant in me?
So what do you think it is? Is a 6lb gain over all the major muscle groups is possible to grossly under challenged muscles in a 5 day period with an abundance of Protein and the assist of the helladrol? Or do I have something wrong with me that I might need to stop this cycle of the helladroll, need2slin, and forged burner and see if one of them is causing something in my body that added 6lbs in 5 days.
