Hey guys i know this is a supplement but i need knowledgeable advice. I know a lot of people use it for liver protection, creatine transport and all that good stuff. My question is this, ALA can make you hypoglycemic by lowering blood sugar and transporting nutrients to muscle cells. Now i hear it not only transports nutrients to muscle cells but also to fat cells as well. Will this make you fatter? Or doesn't it defeat purpose if you're cutting to use this then??????
