ALA powder vs caps

I will be purchasing some ALA soon alfter reading fonz posts, but I´m not sure if I should go with the powder og caps. I will be purchasing aroung 500 grams so the price difference is notisable. Would the powder stay fresh as long as the bag or whatever it comes in hasn't been opened, or do I need to use all 500 gram quickly.

i'd definately go with the caps. the powder burns like hell. one of my caps broke open, so i put the powder in my mouth to take it, and it burns real bad, and burns down your throat too. I get my caps at www.nutriteam.com, I think it was somehting like 30 bucks for 180 300mg caps.

I've talked to them, bur they are out of stock for 4-6 weeks, I am considering just capping the powder myself.

damn they are? I'm sure they didn't expect of bunch of bodybuilders to invade their website though

I forgot to add that you oculd get one of those cap m' quick devices if you want to cap the powder

Yes that was when I was considering doing, I'm just not sure if it will work just as well as "regular caps".

Is the powder just as good or......?
