what the hell is that smell everyone reports when taking alot of ala? I hear its the same when eating tons of aspargus?

If your ALA is any good, you can feel it "working" by stablized blood sugar levels. Smelly ALA pee just means you're excreting what you can't immediately use.

Rotten cabbage is the most accurate description for me. And no, I am not hovering my nose 1 cm away from the toilet water. The smell just fills the whole room. Very nice in public places or at work
