Hey bros ...
Im interested in your opionion on using ALA with my type of diet. I already use ALA, about 500-1000 mg a day. But I keep seeing all these new threads on how great it works.
What I'm doing now is:
Carbless from upon awaking until post workout, which is about 6:00pm.(so about 7:30 I take in my first carbs 100 grams of dextrose with the ALA.) Then an hour later I have a meal with 75-100 grams of carbs with protien.
Was interseted if you thought it would be good to take the ALA during the day with my Protien and Fat or between meals during the day?
