Ok so i been back in the gym for 2 days now...and im gonna finish off this week with basic shit to help get the muscles know how i will be pounding the shit out of them forever and ever to come....so i was wondering...what do you guys think is the absolute best mass gaining routine out of them all...because right now i want to get big....then once im big ill switch to the strenght...so what do you guys recommend.
