I've heard the arguments against running an AI during a test cycle (assuming no gyno symptoms are present). Usually it goes something like, the extra estrogen lubricates the joints and water retention increases strength, therefore if you want to make the most of your cycle, don't use an AI unless you have to. I've seen others claim that lesser gains on cycle with an AI is a myth, but never explained. Can anyone?
