..about your comment regarding reverse pyramids and the idea that you get more benefit as you hit heavier weights while fresh, etc.
I assume that you feel that strip sets accomlish the same results??
Both deal with heavier wieghts, a rest interval(although shorter),decending weights, and training to failure.
