Aggression remains after cycle?

I work in a retail environment and am the store manager, so I have to control my temper at all times and it is hard sometimes, especially post cycle. I deal with rude ass customers all the time, and 13 employees that I have to try to make happy all of the time, control is the key, it is very hard sometimes though.
