I enjoyed bouncing because I'm an observer of people anyway......actually going to clubs never really did it for me. But don't get it into just to start fights........I worked with a couple guys like that, and low and behold they eventually overstep, get seen doing it by patrons.....and bam, charges. I bounced in a strip club.....so there was some extra duty there, like escorting dancers out to their cars. THAT is where you need to watch your shit. An ASP is a nice thing to have. Also, you better know how to fight in close quarters. If you're the kind of guy that likes to dance around, get in get out quick kind of deal....nothing wrong with that for fighting......but in a club it don't work like that. That's why big fat guys do well as bouncers, they can move large piles of people and guys cant' dance around them so well in a club. Know how to fight on the ground too. Honestly though.......if you're a cool laid back dude, you'll hardly ever get into shit. Too many guys escalate "on a dime". Be cool, act like you're talking to a bro.......they'll respond to that. You'll know the guys who want to throw no matter what........so just have backup, and never talk to anyone with your hands behind your back, have your arms folded in front of you so they can be up to block in no time....it's a neutral stance, neither threatening nor passive.
