age and steroids

i know you guys think i should just hit the gym more.... and i have.. and keep doing so.... i been watching my diet like a F ing hawk.... but wouldnt steroids help this? giving im 16... i know some others at my school that has done the same... and they are fine...... how bad is it? wouldnt i be able to work out without getting as sore ??

im thinking like a 7 week cycle and stoping forever .... this is after the nnext 3 months of me working out like a madman.. and have been doing so for awhile now
 
Mr. Gringo is correct here, granted training correctly and diet are the most important things for you, but once you see what happens to your gains when you have that diet and training in check and then add some steroids, you will want to take as much juice as you can get your hands on....... be patient with your body...and wait till at least your 20's
 
SeraphElite, your body is in one of its most anabolic states during your current years. If I was in your situation, I'd continue with your training, research, and healthy living. Wait till you're in your 20's, as Lamp24 said. Waiting is, without a doubt, the only proactive choice for you.
 
If there was one reason I would tell you not to bother with steroids, it would be the post cycle crash. Your body is pumping out it's own anabolic hormones and you won't face a crash with your natural test levels. You have so much natural test that you're gonna get great gains anyway if you just bust your ass and eat. Take advantage of that as much as you can. People take steroids to get the testosterone levels of a teenager... BUT YOU ALREADY HAVE THOSE LEVELS. If you can't make gains at your age without steroids, you're not going to make gains on steroids either.
 
You just started your diet like 2 days ago bro, I know because I helped you make one the other day and before that you said you ate like shit :confused: I told you so many times, WAIT!!! train normal for at least a couple years, months won't cut it. Just because other guys do it and are fine does not mean shit! The sides (if any occur) will not hit them right away, it takes years. Take my advice I gave you and be willing to WORK for it, don't go for a "quick fix"

No way not at 16. Steroids can stunt your growth and you can still grow at only 16. You can see great gains at your age. B/W the ages of 16-17 I gained over 10 pounds of muscle and cut body fat. If you want any help with workouts pm me or hit the training board.
 
i would say that if your jsut doing this casually then 16 is far too young... you can gain loads from diet, a few supps and simply becuase your still young.
If however you have aspirations of being mr olympia then starting now would help. I suspect 16 but probably younger was when arnold started.
Dont be in a rush to start gear, learn how to train and eat properly first but stay searching on these boards, you will learn a lot about all aspects of the sport... not just the gear.

You're a sad case and probably among the reasons why AAS are still illegal.

You just started a diet and training, you have barely no knowledge on this, you're 16 and wanna hit some juice ?

Grow up kid, it ain't for you.
 
Well, they won't necessarily "hurt" you more than someone older but they could very likely stop your growth. Do you mind being stuck at your current height or would you rather be taller? Most people will continue growing until around 21. My advice is to stick with your training and keep a training/diet log. Experiment with things until you find out what works. By the time you're in your early twenties and take steroids you will be miles ahead of the guys who take them right away. Most don't know how to diet and train naturally because they relied on them from the beginning, you'll keep your gains and have a better overall musculature.
 
I waited til i was 26 to start my first cycle. Only reason was cause i had plateaued twice in 8 yrs.... Needed a boost and got it from my 1st cycle. 2nd was 5 yrs later , again when i plateaued and didn't see any gains. 3rd one, a yr later, cause i wanted to get cut for the summer
 
dude.. you're 16 years old and a least 3-4 years from even considering anabolics.

in my opinion.. stay away from them. your body is a test producing machine and if you work out hard for 3-4 years you will be in awesome shape. you just dont need em right now!

I was a lean stringbean when I was 16, wow that rhymes. Anyway, my size gains were slow, but strength gains came easy. As for the diet, unless your pudgy, enjoy yourself. Go to the gym , sink a few protein shakes, but for G*d's sake have fun - eat pizza and chase chicks. The teen years are awesome, gettin' huge can wait.

yah... imo im getting quite strong... for my age atleast.... im getting results but only with streath......



btw i have this gf that makes me feel like im married.... and no thats not a good thing :p
 
Too bad about feeling married at such a young age. When I was in my teens I trained for powerlifting contests. They were alot of fun and I did well because of my strength to weight ratio. It was also a good way to meet some people. Not sure what your goals are, but strength training will eventually lead to the mass your looking for. Plus it comes it handy for any sports.
 
If you train hard and eat right you will look like you're on steroids.Taking the easy way now will screw up you bodys natural production,and ya know what it might never recover properly....we're talking injecting hormones,this ain't corn flakes!!!!

I agree with radar. When I was 16 and 17 everyone used to think I was on steroids. You should have seen my yearbook, every comment had to do with steroids. Eat alot and work hard and maybe some creatine. Good luck.
 
there is so much more than the physical aspect of inducing steroids into your life. The hidden truth my friend lies in the psychological affect. This is the biggest danger. Heed my notion. Once you have crossed the line into the arena of the A-typical, going back to being a normal "joe-blow" is not going to cut it. The attention you recieve in and out of the gym will be quite obvious, this in and of itself will be more than you can handle. You are no longer" run of the mill", for your feats of strength and size overwhelm the average man/ boy. This has an effect on everyone you come into contact with. Your body is so lean and muscular, and your abilities are noticed throughout every day activities. Your brothers and sisters will give you the quiet" NOD" as you pass by....complete strangers, but they are among the" ARENA" and acknowlegement is without provocation...You will no longer tolerate feeling normal....Because when your 'ON' your on HIGH. fuck being normal, that sucks!!!! Iam now ELITE. and I like it, I think Iam going to stay right here....I personally dont know anyone who has been on, ever quiting. They may take a break but that is all...They come back to our house, because it is the brightest, biggest, and people come from miles away to look, in 'AWE.' Theres a room available in our house just for you. However, you wont be going home, not in this life.

At 16 don't even consider gear, 1t 18 don't even consider gear,
honestly you can easily go until you are 24 or 26 easily without gear and make wonderful gains.

Unless you are looking a professional sports contract, simply eat, diet, train naturally as long as you can.

When you in the best shape of your life and you have stopped growing, both in height and muscle mass and BF is below 10% consider a mild beginer cycle.

I am 53, did my first cycle when I was 47 years old.

dam, im 19 and have been training for 5 years [ Hardcore (changed my diet, and intensity) for almost 1 now =) ], and havent been involved with juice as anymore than a thought. I was thinking of doing some 1-ad but i feel good about this 5x5 thing, and changed my mind. I never took anything till last november and that was just creatine and an ECA. In those four years from 14-18 i grew 8 inches and gained 60 pounds naturally ( obviously all isnt muscle ) if i had been using gear i might have grew 3 inches and gained 30 pounds. Let your body grow first, then reconsider.
 
heh, now that im playing lax i kinda wish i only grew 3 inches, id be 5'10 instead of 6'3 much better center of gravity. THat and id be a lot bigger at 210
 
Relax buddy have fun, train when you can, live a normal life my friend.

Don't mess with prohormones either (the andro stuff, 4-AD, 1-AD, etc.).

If you are disciplined you will probably outgrow some of your friends who did take the easy way out becaus eyou will have your training and diet spot on.

Also steroids can make you sick--test flu, 1-AD and tren can make you feel really tired, etc. Which may cause you to lose intensity and/or miss training sessions.

You just need to hang out and let your body grow. Play sports, do some squats, deadlifts, bench presses and pull ups, and just have a ball. I know I wish I did when I was your age.

Just fo rthe record I am 28 and have messed with andro at age 25 when I didn't know what I was doing and have done one cycle of 1-AD since I joined this site. I have never done the real juice.

And also for the record yes 1-AD DOES work.
 
hey bro, i can relate to your situation becuase i started gear early but 16 is just too young. i guarantee if you lift and eat right you will put on 20 pounds in a year. save the gear for when you are older. there is a ton to learn about diet and training. i did my first cycle when i was 17, i wish i had waited. i know you want to be big right now, but in reality you will probably lose it all after your cycle but you don't have a good routine down. i am 6' 235 at 19. i would probably be even bigger if i had waited and done things right. trust me bro i have been there. wait till your 20 and if you still love lifting go ahead and rock a good cycle
 
plus u if ur fahter and mother find needles and vials...etc they WILL KILL U and think u are a junikie(needles + parents = junkie) and if u get busted there goes ur driver's lience and that is a wondefful thing for a teen
