sorry this is pretty pathetic but i dont have a syringe on hand too measure out my dosage.. so what i'm wondering is if anyone can tell me how much 1/4 1/2 3/4 and full dropper on the ag guys liquid clen measures out to in micrograms..

and what all besides taurine and potassium should be taken with it.. i'm gonna do it diff this time cause last time i tried to run another cycle i got really dried out skin and that hadn't happened in the first two cycles.. anyhow thanks for advice.

Taurine, potassium, multin vitamins/minerals is a good start. Water of course...

Infact... you probably would be downright cussing god and everything under the sun heh. That stuff jump starts the livin hell out of me... I couldnt imagine accidentally measuring out even just 20mgs too much... *shiver*

I'm taking 40mcgs just in the morning but someone else said I should take 20 in the morning and 20 in the afternoon.

With it's 1/2 life take it once a day (preferrably in the AM - for sleep reasons)

No need to split dosages at all. I know if I did, id be up all god damn night anyway on this stuff

Normally, 1ml = 200mcg, so, when you get your syringe, 1/10 of a ML is 20mcg, and so on...Pretty simple maing.

Clenbuterol's 1/2 life is 35hrs. Many people take it all at once, some split it. When you take a smaller amount, taking it together is convenient. When you take more than 100mcg (depending on tolerance), some will split it, some won't.

Some people find it easier in terms of sides to split the dosages. I suggest you try full dosage in the AM, if it's too much you can split it up.

I use a slin pin and just cut off the needle. Easiest way to measure.

The dropper is 1ml, or you can get an oral syringe from the pharmacy for easy measuring

I'd start with 20 mcg. If it is a 1ml/cc syringe, fill to the 1/10 mark.
