After reading Huck's post, Protein question?

After reading Huckleberry's article on protein (GREAT ARTICLE!), I revamped my diet. I wanted to get you guys input on this though. I workout at 5:30AM so I've started splitting my morning shake of Myomax half before and half after my workout. It contains 59g of carbs and:

49 g of Whey Protein and Amino acids
12 g of Glutamine
12 g of BCAAs
7.5 g of Creapure™ Creatine
3 g of Arginine
2.2 g of Ribose
Vition™ Zinc-Magnesium Formula
1 g of Taurine
100 mg Aminogen®
Essential Vitamins

I try to eat about 4-5 times during the day and then take a shake w/ ZMA before bed. It contains 36g of protein consisting of:

25% Caseinate
25% Soy isolate
25% CFM whey isolate
25% Milk isolate

Let me know what you guys think!!! Especially you Huck!
 
Forever is right.CALCIUM will inhibit zinc absorbtion greatly,so what I would do is take the ZMA with a glass of water an hour or so BEFORE slamming down that shake.I would also take in more protein post workout than half that shake,your cells have tremendous uptake abilities immediately following trauma.
 
Thanks for input guys. I think I will just drink Nitrotech and some creatine before my workout and save my entire Myomax for postworkout. I'll take your advice on the ZMA as well. I don't really see how I can eat anymore though. I eat 4-5 times and also drink 2 shakes and have a protein bar. I only weigh around 190lbs and seem to get 250-300g per day. Is that not enough?
 
My types of protein is limited, time to drop some bills. I have designer whey, some more whey, and some myo-plex.
