Aerobics and body building.. can you do both?

Can you do both on the same day? If your goal is strength and not so much appearance, how does aerobics affect your results?

I do that differently. I am on a cutting cycle. I lift first than do cardio right afterwards but I definetely care more about the muscle look than strength.
 
Any cardio you do will be catabolic. The trick is to minimize that as much as possible, in other words, keep the catabolic effect to a minimum.

20 minutes post workout, three days a week is fine.

Because, as we all know, cardio sucks as a method of fat loss.

Things are well in gymtimeland, minus the occassional ache and pain you like so much to make fun of.
