Im 23,5'10, 200 Ibs, BF 16% Running 500mg supertest 350, 200mg Deca a week! I have done a couple of Cycles in the past..i just want to know if there is anyway i can improve my cycle? Or any supplements i should be taking to help my gains? Im takin multi vitimans, and cod liver oil, im eating clean and all the right foods! Im havin 3 shakes a day..applied nutrition (critical mass)..my training is going well, iv gained about 10Ibs in 10weeks! Any advice or ways i can improve would be appreciated! I have 4 raw eggs in the morning including The yolks..are they worth eating? Advice on raw eggs would help alot! Thanks in advance :)
 
If you have gained 10lb in 10 weeks, why are you taking steroids? Lol. . .seriously? I'd kill to gain 10lb in 10 weeks
 
Il be completely honest, iv been on this cycle for 10weeks..an havent taken or have anything set up for PCT, i know this is bad! An i need to get it sorted! Any help would be appreciated! I take 200mg deca on a monday, 700mg supertest350 on a wednesday and then again on a friday!

An i gained 10Ibs while on steroids and eating Roughly 5000 cal a day!

Ino i should of set up my PCT before even considering Steroids, but whats done is done, thanks again! :)
 
Damn, I'm even getting tired of reading these threads and I've only been hear a week! Good luck man, I'd get reading and asking questions before your done with your cycle. You gotta have your PCT in check!
 
Thats crazy because im on 30mg of SD and 50mg of Hdrol and i have been on my cycle for 4 weeks as of today, and have 4 days left. I started out at 165lbs when i weighed in yesterday with no clothes on at the gym, i was 192.4 lbs. By the way i eat between 3500-5000 cals a day, with atleast 300g of proteins and carbs. I don't understand how you have gained only 10 lbs in 10 weeks on that amount of test and deca, thats nuts. I haven't even started my test cycle yet, but i don't want to be over 206 lbs because that is my weight limit for my age and height.
 
Its a bit more than 10Ibs i was just under 13 stone an now iv just hit the 14 stone mark! The test im using is Zaria Muscle Research Centre, iv heard that its ment to be quite underdosed! Im not too sure tho! Its what i have read online, seems to be mixed reviews! I thought i should of gained more aswel, thats why im after advice, incase i was doing something drastically wrong! Im having 200g of protein a day..maybe i should up the amount? Gd luck with your gains bro! Seems to be goin well for you! Any help would be more than welcome!
