Im 23,5'10, 200 Ibs, BF 16% Running 500mg supertest 350, 200mg Deca a week! I have done a couple of Cycles in the past..i just want to know if there is anyway i can improve my cycle? Or any supplements i should be taking to help my gains? Im takin multi vitimans, and cod liver oil, im eating clean and all the right foods! Im havin 3 shakes a day..applied nutrition (critical mass)..my training is going well, iv gained about 10Ibs in 10weeks! Any advice or ways i can improve would be appreciated! I have 4 raw eggs in the morning including The yolks..are they worth eating? Advice on raw eggs would help alot! Thanks in advance
