Hi all,

I need some advice, im new.. and not looking to do anything hectic.

What I want, is to get the 'ripped look' while also having big muscles kind of the 'not too big, not too small' concept. More interested in looking good than being super strong. six pack and all that...

I workout on a good program 4x a week, with a steady diet, that is getting me to my goal slowly.

I have been looking at Dbol, and Clenbuterol!

Out of those two, What is the best option here? or is there soemthing else??

Height : 174 cm

Training:

4 x a week - good all round weight training, 10 minutes of cardio ( rowing, bike, running ect)

My diet is pprob the weak point of my training.. On most days consists of :

7 am Oats

10 am Protein shake/meal replacement + banana

12:30 Sandwich (ham cheese egg chicken)

15:00 Protein shake/ meal replacement + banana

18:00 Dinner, always different, no fatty or salty food, lots of veggies.

later at night I have a snack like provita and cheese or somehting similar.
 
At 21 just forget about juice for the moment - you dont need it to achieve your goal.

Diet and cardio will get you there bro...and you could pick up a good fat burner / stack from needtobuildmuscle.com :)

steroids are not magic pills that you take and magically achieve what you dream to be.

dbol and clenbuterol are 2 totally different compounds. neither of which you should even consider at this time.

you are 5 9 and only 145 pounds.. i think if you improved your diet you would easily reach your goals in due time.
 
ALLLLLLLLL DIET I am your hight and on diet alone i went from 155 to 170 easy (for MMA) on diet and training alone. I was a little older than you too, so that should tell you that with the right combo you should hit whatever goal you have. You have plenty of natural test right now to get there trust me. If you want a little edge you can pick up some NTKTS, Bridge, d-aspartic acid, unleashed ect. For now leave the roids alone.
