Hey Everyone,

I am starting a cycle in middle January of the following:

250mg of Deca every four days for 10weeks
60mg of winstrol every day for 8weeks

Main goal is to attempt to gain about 5-10 keep-able pounds of muscle with no risk of aromatization.

My main question that comes up is the deca's ability to aromatize - should I be concerned given the dosage? Is novaldex something I should use to just ensure that I will not see any estrogen related side effects? How much of a risk does Deca pose?

what is your cycle history. If this is your first I would not run either of these but instead opt for a simple 400mg/week test cycle. with a d-bol kickstart at 30mg a day for 5 weeks. that was my first and I gained fifteen solid pounds.

started late 2006 with a cycle of straight primo for about two months
Did a cycle a few months later of straight winstrol for about two months
then did a cycle of Turanabol & Equipoise 4 months after that

Now I am planning this...

I really want to shy away from any water retention whatsoever. I am looking for a very slow gradual gains that are 100% (or as close to) keep-able. My end goal (fine with it taking a year or two) is to get to 220lbs and hold.

fyi: 6"4, 200Lbs

Decca has a very low rate of aromatization (20% compared with test). But Decca is a progestin and will stimulate progesterone receptors. You should have either Cabergoline or Bromocriptine (anti-progesteronic drug) on hand for the off chance of sides

U should run test with decca, at a higher dose, for 2 weeks longer than decca.

Do not use nolvadex with Decca.

I would run Primmo and Winstrol or Primmo & Var if you are worried so much about aromitization.

Also agree, though I'm not sure about the Caber or Bromo. Both drugs have more sides than people realize and although there may be some effect on progesterone they're used to block prolactin, which may not be the problem. Winstrol is thought to be somewhat of an anti progesterone but that could be the high conversion to DHT.

also Deca is longer acting , no need to take it every 4 days, but maybe 1 a week 5-7 days
