ok guys i know i have posted alot of stuff since ive been here, some questions, some bad stuff and ok, but now i need advice. Some of you may know i want to lose some excess body fat by christmas which will be followed by a 5x5 until it fails......but now, im having some trouble with my cardio and diet. i just cant get it right.... i need some tips on what to eat, what not to eat......i also need to know how to do my cardio and what is most effective....advice would be great :)
 
how do you expect to loe any noticeable fat in 3 weeks?
 
Right now I don't eat a great diet.......that's what I need help with and I'm 5'10 175.....not fat this is more for me to feel comfortable.......little bit round the stomach and face maybe....just looking to look leaner.......any advice?
 
do you think it could end up making me look better and play better(hockey) if i just jumped right into a 5x5? or what about a 5x5 with cardio on tues, thurs?
 
Bro....you're 175lbsat 5-10....how fat can you possibly be? I really don't think you need to "cut" per se. I think once you eat more like an athlete, up your protein, grow a little bit of muscle, etc, then your body comp will improve and you'll probably be happier with how you look.

Again, with foods, make it easy....Lots of lean beef, poultry, fish. Lots of complex carbs (whole grains, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, corn meal, etc) Lots of green veggies and salads, Lots of healthy fats (ANPB, olive oil, flax etc). Dribk about a gallon of water a day.

Avoid sugars, avoid alcohol avoid processed foods (fast foods and anything in a "box" basically).
 
thanks biggt....i think your right...im not fat, just got a little bit, but as a hockey goalie i would look stupid being stick thin......lifting is where its at...lol.....yea i just need to improve my diet thanks
