Advice

im trying to lose some weight and i was doing fine but now im stuck and it seems like no matter what i do i cant get passed the it ! what should i do ?
please give me advice , i excersize and weight lift .
 
160 lbs and all that activity... probably 1800 cals

you didn't post up your diet yet though.

Go for a Protein/Carb/Fat ratio of 40/30/30 ... out of the following foods... in the quantity of calories to be determined in a minute...
