I'm curious.....right now, i'm 200 @ 15% bodyfat. I've met with nutritionists, trainers, bodybuilders, and my doc. No one has been able to tell my why I'm not able to lose bodyfat. I've studied for hours a day, and on this board in particular, off and on for over a year now..,..In other words, I know what i'm talking about, it's just not working for some reason. My stats are as follows: 23 5'11" and 10+ years training. In jan. I was 235 w/ 12% bf. After researching and going to the above listed people for advice before cutting, I am now 200 and 15 % bf.....in other words, I lost mostly muscle and water; no fat. SO HERE'S THE FUCKING QUESTION... Should I just bulk back up and say FUCK IT? bc for some reason, i'm able to put lean muscle mass on w/ out hardly any fat. or do any of you have any bright ideas? ps. I know that everyone's different and that some people will basically never be able to pack on muscle...blablabla....so if you honestly think it's the opposite for me, then let me know...thanks again
