Advice....vets, mods,anyone knowledgeable

I'm curious.....right now, i'm 200 @ 15% bodyfat. I've met with nutritionists, trainers, bodybuilders, and my doc. No one has been able to tell my why I'm not able to lose bodyfat. I've studied for hours a day, and on this board in particular, off and on for over a year now..,..In other words, I know what i'm talking about, it's just not working for some reason. My stats are as follows: 23 5'11" and 10+ years training. In jan. I was 235 w/ 12% bf. After researching and going to the above listed people for advice before cutting, I am now 200 and 15 % bf.....in other words, I lost mostly muscle and water; no fat. SO HERE'S THE FUCKING QUESTION... Should I just bulk back up and say FUCK IT? bc for some reason, i'm able to put lean muscle mass on w/ out hardly any fat. or do any of you have any bright ideas? Thanks very much for any help/advice...>FIRE

ps. I know that everyone's different and that some people will basically never be able to pack on muscle...blablabla....so if you honestly think it's the opposite for me, then let me know...thanks again
 
Give us more to go on.
How do you train? What kind of cardio do you do?
And your diet? What's it consist of a day?

You are what you eat, plan a diet to stick with give it a few weeks, if its still no go then start cutting calories- you will eventually loose weight!
You just have to get the right formula, the only way is by trial & error.
Also hit the gym (if you are not doing that-Start)

Muscle will speed up your metabolism, The more muscle you have the less fat you will have!
