Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I took steroids when about 8 years ago and am experiencing Gynecomastia. Its not horribly bad but I cannot get rid of it. I never took an estrogen blocker with my cycle and suffered the consequences. Is there anything I can take to get rid of this. I also feel like it shut down my sex drive to a certain degree. Anything I can do to jumpstart that? Any advice would be really appreciated as this really has screwed with my confidence.

hey dude,
First of all you have to go see a doctor. Unfortunately with Gyno if it gets quite sever then its most likely you may hvae to have surgery to get removed. However this is up to you, you can live with it if it isnt really bad.
Estrogen blockers ie. nolva etc don't really help that much with these kind of situations, you need something more hardcore like letrozole/femara which is an anti-aromitose.
If you use the search function on this you might find a couple of threads about people attempting to use letro as a treatment to reverse gyno. I havn't thoroughly read these so I'm not sure of the findings.
Either way go consult your GP, they know alot but also speak to some of the vets on here sometimes they might know a little more than your GP due to personal experience.

2.5mg/day of letrozole for 30 days got rid of AAS induced gyno lumps that I had for 3 years prior. It also completely destroyed my libido to the point where I hated to be touched...period.
Also, there's an estrogen rebound effect coming off letro so you need to either taper down the dosage or run 20mg/day of nolvadex for 2 weeks after the letro to prevent gyno from coming back.

2.5 mgs letro a day till gone also if you use dostinex and forma you lower progesterone and that helps alot and I mean alot with your sex drive I'm not as horny as usual and kinda lethargic but when it's time to f*ck which is normally every other day my sh*t is as hard as a rock... Once you're done the gyno reversal don't ever cycle anything that converts to estro and progesterone... My next cycle is high dose masteron 700 mgs a week primo 500 mgs a week both of which are very antiestrogenic and tbol which doesn't convert what so ever ima play it safe from now on run a pct right after to prevent rebound and boost your sex drive back

Did the Letro destroy your Libido or the cycle?
It eliminated my libido.
Now days I have found a proper dosage that prevents gyno but still keeps my libido intact.
I've never had letro interfere with a cycle.
